If you’re looking for something with lower carbs than pasta, this is it. I’ve tried several alternatives for spaghetti and tagiatelli but this is definitely the best. It takes moments to heat through and has a nice texture, not crisp but firm like pasta when it’s aldenté. Definitely value for money and I will be buying regularly.

I really wanted them to be a substitute for pasta. I guess there never will be! I washed them thoroughly (Although there was hardly any smell) and boiled them for a fare time. They taste like bean shoots. Which is fare as they do come from the "palm" plant. They are not disgusting which some reviewers have said. Their just a different texture. NOTHING will quite replace the glorious taste of pasta. But this is not the products fault. So to be honest I won't be purchasing it again. But I won't give it a bad review either.

I am on Keto and finding this pasta substitute was amazing!! Really tasty pasta bake. With crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, courgette, spinach. This Palmini was nicer than actual pasta

Amazing, low calorie, tasty, but a bit costly. Anyway, great pasta and I can only hope it'd be available everywhere in shops too!

It is vile, vile, vile. It smells as vile as it looks and tastes and save your money because this crap should never be sold or eaten. I even added some butter, salt and pepper to it but it was still revolting and stinky vile. I threw the rest of the can away and I suppose I am going to have to throw the other two cans away as well. My goodness, this should never be sold. It is not fit for consumption unless maybe you are a dog who is not at all picky and will eat literally anything. Save your money.

It is not like pasta at all. Awful in taste and very expesive. DO NOT BUY if you are after PASTA alternatives

Buen sabor y baja en calorias

Me encantan estos fideos para mi dieta cetogénica y también me encanta el sabor. También me gusta dárselo a mis hijos para reducir su consumo de carbohidratos y, afortunadamente, a ellos también les gusta el sabor. Al único que no le gusta esto en nuestra casa es a mi marido.

Of course this not the same texture of regular pasta. It’s better than shiritaki noodles though. I boiled it in water for 8 minutes, then cooked with canned fire roasted tomatoes and garlic with a cup of the pasta water until it cooked down. Then added fresh Parmesan and basil. My husband and I both enjoyed it. It was a tad salty but that’s my fault cause I added salt to the cooking water not realizing it already had salt in it. I’m not going to totally give up Carbe Diem but will definitely buy this again. It would be a great item to have to lose a few pounds without feeling like you’re deprived. Will add shrimp and fresh spinach next time.

This is a really great substitute for high carb pasta. The taste is mostly bland until you add your pasta sauce. The texture is crisper than pasta but not tough or chewy. Twirls around the fork just like flour type pasta.
