Worked once.When initially loaded the pen worked perfectly. However after turning it off for some time and back on, the material never extruded again. The pen does turn on and tries to operate, tries to push the string and everything but it seems that it is clogged at the tip and can't push through it. Took it apart and cleaned out what I could but still no success. Would have been a nice toy if it worked properly.

Eventually the tip fills with filament and pushes itself off permanently, obscuring the solder joints (good luck removing the filament blob without destroying the contacts). Also the clips that hold the tip on are very flimsy and eventually get messed up by the heat. This happened with two of them now. I thought I broke the first one, but seeing through the problem to full on the 2nd one showed the problem fully. The tip won't go back on on either one. Both failed after about 7 months (1 month after warranty expires). You must hold people accountable. Find out what materials are needed for returning products (such as the box) and write the warranty expiration date on the product and box whenever you buy "cheap" products (that break anyway).

My daughter got this for her birthday last year. IT immediately got clogged. I was able to clean it all out but it just kept hapenning after about 5 mins of use....now collects dust in the toy graveyard

Within 10 minutes of using it the pen stopped working. The directions are also almost completely impossible to understand.

I've only had the 3D pen for four days and it already started messing up! The black tip comes off when it gets hot. And its to dangerous for my kid to be using that! I want to get my money back!!!

My daughter had the 3D doodler for 1 year before it stoped working , this time I bought her the Randk 3D pen with extra plastic and gave it to her on Friday afternoon and by Sunday it already broke, in less than 2 days the pen stoped working due to a defective tip that leaked out the plastic inside of the pen. Not sure if I can even return it since I bought it through Amazon.

Product worked great the first couple times. It then stopped getting hot and stopped working altogether. This was a birthday present for my son and he (and I) are very disappointed that he only got to use it 2 or 3 times before it stopped working.

This item arrived promptly and worked very well for almost 3 weeks. My daughter loved it and used it every day. During the third week, the tip of the pen was pushed out by a wad of melted filament. The tip disconnected from the pen and the pen stopped working. Also, the directions for the pen's operation were written by someone who doesn't speak/write very well in English and are somewhat difficult to understand. We figured it out but it took slightly longer than it would have if the directions were more clear.
