Q: I’m having trouble figuring out how to install this. Is there a video I can follow?

Just find some studs drill and screw. If no studs get some high weight limit anchors and fasten it to the wall that way. I’d recommend toggle anchors with at least 100+ lb test if only hanging one bar much higher if you’re going to fill the rack.
