My glasses were a little loose and needed constantly pushing up on my nose. The strap has solved this problem. It is comfortable and does the job.I have not done any extreme activities/sport while using the strap and it may be that you need a different product for something like that.

They were not what i was expecting but they do the job i was after, to hold my sunglasses when i wasn't wearing them

Now i am old, i rely on my glasses all the time for reading and close work, so need them with me all the time. I keep them on top of my head, but my glasses kept falling of my head when I bend down. These straps are ace. Colours are a bit rubbish, but they do the job well. You can tighten the strap so if you bend down alot, they hold your glasses firm on your head. They are like a fabric, but the ends that fit over the glasses are like rubber inserts, so again don't pull off your glasses. Nice and comfy on the ears.
