Beautiful knife!
Bought this knife specifically for carving better cuts of beef (Brisket and Beef Rib). Very sharp, and seem to hold an edge very well. Well worth the price.

Great knife
The only issue is that the edge of the sharp blade is on the left side so I had to use my 9000 grit stone to fix the level of the edge

Easily slices through eye of round roast.

A little on the light side
Its nice. Cuts well, feels good in hand. Only thing that kind of puts me off is that it's very light. Don't feel sturdy enough. I would feel uncomfortable trying to cut a water melon with this. Just my opinion.

Masterpiece
I'm a chef and I've got tons of knives and knives sets one I even paid 2000 for. This knife is great. Its balanced its quality and I'm mad at myself for being dumb enough to buy a "name brand" knife set which isn't honestly up to par with this knife. Wish they had a knife set I'd buy it.

This knife is sharp
This knife is sharp, easy to hold, designed for slicing brisket and other meats.It is awesome for thin a slicing. Slice a tomatoes so thin you can read a paper thru it.Not sure anyone would want to, but hey!

Superior Knife !
We found the knife to be both excellent and very lightweight. The one thing I do feel the manufacturer should addto its products, is a case so they can be put into the kitchen drawer and people can get at them without fear of cutting themselves.
