Does NOT puff
I grew up with Tulip puffer paint. Dry it with a blow dryer and it would puff up. If you put this on thin, it stays thin and if you put it on thick, it dries like that. NO PUFFING...NO SWELLING. TOTAL CRAP. DOESNT even say Tulip on the box.
