I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you.A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else.The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from Dr Vegan Gut Works ticks the right boxes.This particular product requires you to take just one capsule per day, which is more convenient than many others that require two capsules to be taken per day. At one a day this pouch equates to a 30 day supply.The capsules are smaller than some others I have tried. I am not the best at swallowing capsules, but even I found these very easy to get down.At the current price of £23.99 for 30 capsules these work out at 80p per day.Although not extortionate, that 80p per day cost is 20p-30p per day higher than some other impressive probiotics I have tried and reviewed.I do like the fact that the pouch that these capsules are packed in is plastic free and compostable, which certainly helps to ease any negative thoughts I may have about the price difference.Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do. I was reasonably pleased with the way these worked for me, but they didn't seem to be quite as "in tune" with my body as some others I have tried. That being the case, I would certainly be happy to use these probiotics again, though they probably wouldn't be my first choice.I hope you find these insights helpful.

I love the paper packaging. It’s light and easy to recycle once used. The ziplock fastening keeps the contents in good condition. They were as dry by the end as they were at the beginning.I found them easy to swallow and no after taste.I ordered them to help with gastric reflux but they didn’t work for that. I gave the rest to my sister when she had a course of antibiotics and they seemed to help her avoid the downsides of the otherwise wonderful antibiotics.

This stuff is great it as eased my bloating alot will buy again

Suffer of chronic IBS didn't see, feel a difference from taking these.
