No Pull Dog Vest Harness - Dog Body Padded Vest - Comfort Control for Large Dogs in Training Walking - No More Pulling, Tugging or Choking

This No Pull Dog Vest Harness by Lifepul(TM) is very nice. Not only did it fit my dog nicely, but it is easy to use. It has one simple strap that goes underneath the dogs abdomen, which can be adjusted to fit. I like that the clip has a lock device so that it prevents the clip from un-clipping on accident. I have had a few others and they are hard to use, always slip and move but this stays nice a snug in its place. It is padded and looks super comfortable for my pup. The handle is nice and has a great grip which is great for close up control of your dog. It also has a metal hook on the back of it so that you can attach your leash. I really wish that they had a second clip in the front of the harness so you can do a front lead leash, which I hear also helps keep your dog from pulling. The side pieces that have the Lifepul logo on them are Velcro and I find it very strange that they have the ability to come off, but no real use. I do not understand why they didn't just sew it on instead of giving it Velcro. It doesn't matter much functionality wise, but it is weird. Overall very nice and my new favorite harness.~Thanx~

Love this harness!!!!! Order the first one a few weeks ago, I have 2 german shephards, I thought I ordered a large but a medium was sent. I was going to send it back but thought I would try it on my one year old female who is still on the slim side. It fit perfect, and works great. She will out grow it soon though. She seems to enjoy the security and comfort. She even prances in it. I have only used it a couple days and immediately ordered a large for the 3 year old male. Just got it in today so I will write another review later. I have tried many harnesses and this by far has been the easiest, most comfortable and stable one to use. I cannot promise it will fit all breeds as the front has no adjustment just the belly. Both of my dogs can pull some and this has been secure so far with the female. Also, a tip I learned from reading how to walk dogs that pull too much is I wear a leather belt around my waste and put the leash on the belt so when a dog pulls it can't go far as the core is stronger than the arm alone. I can also run with them this way and pick up that nasty poop when walking without worrying they will get away. I hope this review helps.

**UPDATE** These really are hair magnets, and the hair gets embedded in the harness which makes it difficult to either pull out or wash out.I've tried many different harnesses that were made to stop my dogs from pulling, from the ones with a leash attachment both on the front and top, the complex ones that are hard to put on, the ones that go between the front legs and even the ones with the ring on the back and strings that loop around the dogs legs. I've tried the head collars that wrap around the muzzle, which one of my dogs hated to death and the other just made him upset and pull harder. They've either stripped fur off my pups, upset them, or were easy to escape from. For some reason I thought I'd give this one a try, even though it looks so simplistic, and got one for one of my dogs that pulls fairly hard (70lb shar-pei lab mix). While this one doesn't necessarily stop him from pulling, it seems to reduce the intensity, and he actually responds when I give a little tug and stops for a bit. Makes it manageable rather than out of control. So, I got another for my other pup (80lb pitt/rott/dob mix) and while she is super sensitive and hates lots of harnesses, she doesn't mind this one.Very easy to put on and take off. If you slide the latch it "locks" on and won't undo unless you slide it the other way. I've never had it pop off whether its locked or not though. Nor have my dogs figured out how to escape from it by backing out, which they've done with other harnesses. The handle on top is great if you need to grab on and control them for whatever reason. Solid attachment for the lead. Works well with split leads while walking two dogs at once. The XL fits both my dogs, I also got a L by mistake, but it fits my smaller pup very nicely.I'm impressed, for such a simple harness to put on or take off, its been a real lifesaver and my pups actually look forward to getting their harness on rather than squirm around trying to not put it on. But, it only takes a couple seconds to get on too, which is probably part of it.Love it for my pups!!

If I could give this halter 10 stars I would. My dog Annabelle is hyper beyond belief, she pulls me down the street and zig-zags. For some reason that I can't explain, with this halter she neither pulls nor zig-zags. She walks like a normal, calm and obedient dog. The halter fits perfectly and is unlike any others that I have bought and discarded. It doesn't twist and the leash to halter connection is always in the middle of the dog's back. It is ridiculously simple to put the halter on your dog unlike others that you have to figure out which end is which. The halter is well padded and it appears to me that there is absolutely no discomfort anywhere on the dog's body. It is well designed with the wide strap around the chest area and nothing touches the neck or throat of your dog. It is also ridiculously inexpensive for the quality. If you love your dog and their well-being is important to you, this is the halter you want to buy. Janet Adair

I bought these to take my 2 girls hiking. My Blue Heeler, Harlee, is 45 lbs and my Amstaff Terrier mix, Chloe, is 43 lbs. They both have an 28 inch chest. According to the chart, their size fit into both the Medium or the Large. Based on the reviews I read about the harnesses running large, I went with the medium and it was the right choice. They fit wekk and I still have inches to increase. They were very well padded and the dogs did not seem to mind. This is the first time I have used harnesses on them, so I expected some resistance. Chloe did not like it at first and just laid down. Harlee had no issues with it. Both dogs were fine with it when we started hiking. I would not say that it prevents pulling because dogs will pull if they are not trained. I would like to say mine are trained not to but we are just starting to hike and they both like to be in front so the one in the behind will pull some. We spent about 4 hours in the woods and they were comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend these harnesses.

We bought this harness at the beginning of April because Sasha kept pulling and choking with a lead around her neck collar (and I didn't like it!) we bought this and it instantly made a difference! We use it almost everyday and we've definatley got our moneys worth. It's really soft and comfy and still is even tho shes been on alot of muddy and wet walks. Sasha has lost abit of weight and the harness is adjustable so it fits! The harness itself is strong so at no point do you feel like it's going to snap especially when Sasha pulls because she has seen a squirrel! There's also a handle on the top where the loop for the lead goes, this has been handy because it gives you something to hold onto whilst you put the lead back on, or if you just need to hold your dog whilst another dog goes past etc etc. Overall, it's made our walks 200% better and Sasha has like a full on energetic fit when she sees we are getting it out to go for a walk!

Wir haben einen 34 kg schweren, sehr temperamentvollen DSH und haben uns immer sehr schwer getan, mit wirklich guten Brustgeschirren. Von sehr teuer bis günstig, haben wir unheimlich viel versucht und sind jetzt absolut glücklich und hoch zufrieden mit dem Lifepul Powergeachirr. Es ist leicht,trägt nicht so sehr auf und schränkt den Hund in keiner Hinsicht in seiner Bewegung ein. Für Spaziergänge und „normalen“ Umgangsgebrauch absolut top. Für Fahrradfahren oder Joggen eher nur bedingt geeignet, da benötigt es mehr Stabilisiation im Brustbereich. Es wäre toll, wenn diesbezüglich noch ein etwas erweitertes Modell auf den Markt kommen würde. Einziges kleines Minus, die ungepolsterte Verstelllasche befindet sich genau im Rippenbereich und kann, auch bei guter Anpassung, zu scheuern führen. Wir haben das Problem gelöst, in dem wir ein handelsübliches weiches Gurtpolster (diesbezüglich noch etwas zurecht genäht in der Größe des Umfangs) angebracht haben. Der Sicherheitsverschluss ist zusätzlich eine tolle Sache. Alles in Allem ein absolut alltagstaugliches, gutes Geschirr für keine Unsumme an Geld, was wir jederzeit empfehlen und jederzeit wieder kaufen würden.

Excellent harnais très simple à placer sur le chien, le clip de fermeture est équipé d'un système de sécurité, des la première promenade j'ai pu apprécier la solidité du système ma chienne (30 kg de muscles) ayant aperçu d'autres chiens il m'a fallu la maîtriser efficacement et rapidement. Ich könnte mir dieses Brustgeschirr zwar noch für ganz andere Leute vorstellen, aber was meinen Hund betrifft, und es betrifft ihn auschließlich, ist dieses Geschirr ein eindeutiges Upgrade zu seinem bisherigen Halsband. Ich habe einen Schäferhund-Hovawart-Mix und wohne in einer ländlichen Gegend mit viel Wild. Während er bisher bei derartigen Begegnungen immer verrückt an der Leine riß und sich dabei fast selbst erwürgte, kann ich ihn nun mit dem Brustgeschirr perfekt halten und er kann weiter atmen. Die Qualität würde ich als sehr gut bezeichnen und das Umlegen ist in einigen Sekunden erledigt. Ich habe Größe L bestellt, dies war für meinen Hund gerade noch so ausreichend (Brustumfang 85 cm). Der Spanngurt unter der Brust ist hierbei bis zum letzten Zentimeter ausgezogen. Paßt aber perfekt.
