Miracle Meals: Simple High Frequency Plant Based Meals

I really like the people behind the book and feel a connection to Meg when I watch her videos, and I like that I am contributing to the wonderful people that run Rythmia, but my review is for the book only with no bias. I cook a lot of healthy foods myself and really like the recipes contained in the book but for the price I don't think it is a great value. There aren't that many recipes included for the price and the book isn't a great quality as far as manufacturing for the price and I found one of the recipes said "2 cups" but didn't state what it was (2 cups of what?) That being said, I really like what is in the cookbook and what the proceeds are going towards, and it doesn't bother me that the book isn't perfect, it is just the price that doesn't match. If they lower it a little that would be awesome for everyone and I would not hesitate to buy it for my friends and family :)

Meg's beautiful energy is in the food she prepares as well as the printed recipes in this book! You know you wanna make Meg's Magic Banana Muffins for yourself and all of your loved ones. If you've been to Rythmia you know what I'm talkin' about! Love you Meg! Love these recipes! Who am I kidding.....after my trip to Rythmia I love everybody and everything! It’s ok. Not that many recipes for the price. I was surprised at the salt in most recipes since salt is a hindrance to visions when taking Ayahuasca. The recipes are good but I did omit the salt while I was on the dieta.

Have made several of these recipes since receiving this book; famous banana muffins, falafel, carrot cake smoothie, spiralina smoothie... All were good. I watch Meg on YouTube... Love her...going to Rythmia next week and will be able to watch her cook LIVE... So excited!
