Q: How about apply this wallpaper to a dark brown wooden cabinet? I think my cabinet is too boring.

I love this contact paper, I put it on drawers of a small dresser it turned out great

Depends on your skill level. Mine has stayed up since I bought it. Follow directions carefully and you should be okay.

Q: Can I apply this directly to plywood?

I applied it to the top of a wooden desk. This was a finished surface with no bumps, cracks, etc. I think it would depend on the condition of the plywood. If it's all bumpy, full of knots and not smooth, it might not work too good. However, if it's good grade plywood, and you sand it beforehand and make sure there is no sawdust on the surface before applying, I think it would work.

If you buy the smallest size, I think you need 10 rolls of this wallpaper.Hope this helps you.
