Very easy to maneuver and maintain. Never re-use the tip. Start from the forehead and work your way down to the chin. For me, this has been a good investment. Now I can give myself micro-needling treatments instead of setting up an appointment elsewhere, which saves time and money in addition to being convenient. The device's setting and controls are easy to understand, and the needles are carefully packaged in sterile plastic.The results are much more noticeable than what you'd get from a roller. I'm used to using a 0.5mm roller for home treatments, and never felt that much of a difference after using it. Using a 1.0-2.0mm depth with this product causes much more skin agitation, and as you'd expect, more visible results. What I'll say about this point, of course, is that with said skin agitation I'd highly recommend new users start with a shorter depth to avoid small amounts of redness or bleeding. (Which is pretty common from deep needling sessions.)

I bought this product a week a go and I used it right away for reference im 27 have some smile lines and my chubby cheeks lost some volume and my temples lost some volume too making my under eyes look hollow. I used it at o.25 speed at 1 and it just exfoliated my skin. I waited 1 week yesterday and used it at 0.5 at 2 speed, I woke up this morning my cheeks are definitely more picked up Its supporting my under eyes. So glad. Will definitely keep buying from Dr.pen

I’ve gotten professional microneedling done and it’s incredibly expensive so I only made it two sessions and didn’t see much of a difference. I saw some YouTube videos and thought I would try it myself and so picked this up. I was very nervous since I’m a first timer doing it myself but it was even easier than I thought and only really hurt on my forehead (I used lidocaine).Of course for the first couple of days my face looked red then bumpy but when it cleared my skin looked amazing! So bright and clear! Can’t wait to continue using it as the sessions are cumulative.
