First of all, regarding Milagrow Seagull AguaIt a decent cleaning robot which does its job. It does not have mapping function, so it loses out on efficiency. But for the price, it delivers valueRegarding AmazonIf your electronic product has to be returned, take it from me, Amazons Customer Service behaves very badly.They will use all discouraging tactics- Put your call on hold for long durations- Make you explain the issue again and again to multiple agents- They DO NOT clearly say on product page that this product cannot be returnedI used to have good impression that I can be assured if the product does not meet expectations Amazon will help me.But Not Anymore!

Using since two months. Good for vacuuming...but mopping is not great. Water tank capacity too small....not even adequate for single room. Would recommend buying a robot with larger water tank. Otherwise quite happy with the product. Support from milagrow was prompt and adequate for instructions on how to use.

It cleans quite well but the movement is erratic and sometimes goes over the same space again. Sometimes I have to pick it up and place in the space I want it to clean. Mopping is satisfactory, but nowhere as good as when done with a proper mop.

I am writing this review after few months of use and am very disappointed. I brought this as a replacement for Eufy robovac thinking the mop function would be advantage but it is not meeting the basic function of vacuum cleaning itself.The battery drains out very fast and the suction is also power so even after charging twice and doing three rounds of my living room it does not clean as good as the eufy.Better to buy other robovac with good suction, mop function is overrated
