First, it is cute and I was happy with the skirt overall. I wore it to a pride festival and it was relatively comfortable for both sitting and standing (although I would say that the stretch runs slightly small; if you have a larger waist/tummy I would not recommend because the fit was quite snug on myself). I had read that some people had issues with the tulle ripping or snagging on objects but I didn't experience that issue personally. Though as others have said, the tulle is indeed only connected at the waist band and at the bottom of the skirt. For clarity, my purchase did in fact come with rainbow overalls which I was unaware of (though I didn't wear them for this event). The skirt also has a red slip underneath the tulle, which you can somewhat see in the pictures. My most significant issue (which others also had), is that for something that came brand new and vacuum sealed, it smelled horrible. After opening it, I took it outside and liberally sprayed it with Febreze and let it air dry outside. Within the hour it smelled significantly better and by the next day you couldn't even tell that it had smelled bad to begin with. Overall it served it's purpose very well, but I personally don't believe the quality received is worth the price. If you're not hooked on a specific feature of this skirt (I personally chose it because of the length and colors), I would absolutely recommend a cheaper alternative.

This tutu skirt is very cute, well made with a nice number of layers and a lining to protect skin from scratchiness. The only problem I found was the waistband was tighter than expected so I had to some adjustments to fix this. Otherwise this is a great buy.

This worked well for a costume, but part of it tore pretty easily. Wasn’t a big deal because I wasn’t planning on wearing it again and worked well for what I needed it for.

This skirt is cute, but unfortunately the colored panels are not attached to one another for the length of the skirt. They are attached at the waistline, and along the hem, but not to one another. This will limit the places I am able to wear this skirt. For example, I would think twice about wearing it anywhere with decorative fencing or railings. I would not feel comfortable wearing this to Disney World, as they have a ton of scrollwork included in the railings. I wore a garment with similar concerns to EPCOT and got 'caught' on the railing at "Tangierine Café" in the Morocco pavilion, and could easily see that happening with this skirt.

Was a hit for our wacky tacky day.

Finally!!!! Someone who takes pride in creating a reasonably priced tutu for those built for comfort, not speed -- like me. I always wanted to wear a tutu. Thank You!!! Satin like lining slip attached to tutu and trim is satin-like at hem. I am a very satisfied customer!!! It more than suited the reason for my purchase, and it got loads of compliments. Worth the price. I can wear it again for next year's fundraiser walk/run "Miles For Migraines"event!! I would definitely buy from this seller again. It came with rainbow suspenders, but I didn't need them so I didn't wear them.

Wore this skirt for pride and absolutely loved it! When it came in the mail it had a very fishy smell, luckily I had enough time for it to air out before the date I needed the skirt and I did have to cut the red slip underneath just on the sides because the slip was very tight. For any woman like me that has curves you might want to consider taking the skirt over your head and pull it down to your waist! When I first tried this on I could not pull this up enough to get over my hips lol taking it over my head and down, worked for me! Other than that the skirt seemed to work fine!

Colours are perfect cheerful and bright will look awesome for my clown parties snd fairs etc

This product looks cute on the site but it’s very cheaply made - it has holes upon opening it - I wouldn’t waste your time on this and look for something eles
