Got this for gumbo. Does the job, plus I put it on other things. Nice addition to my spice collection

Perfect for making delicious gumbo to celebrate Mardi Gras--one of many celebratory dinners we added to our annual calendar to amuse ourselves during the Covid Pandemic. Just wish it came in a smaller quantity! We New Englanders probably won't have gumbo (or jambalaya) more than once or twice a year, so this container should last us about 20 or 30 years. But it's a good, well-priced product.

This is good for adding to your barbecue sauce or directly to your barbecue. It has a great taste. And a good aroma

Products origin not listed on Amazon as coming from China. I like Mandarin oranges... from china, I expect my horseradish to come from the USA, also product has no expiration date.

I USE THESE TO MAKE JERK CHICKEN. THEY LAST A LONG TIME WHEN YOU GRIND THEM FRESH.

This is NOT Horseradish Powder. There is absolutely NO horseradish smell or taste. It is more like the container is filled with unbleached flour. It can't be returned so I'm out $18. It is a product of China; my mistake for not checking closer.
