I must say I was scared of them looking too fake, but if you find a good supporting bra, they do magic!! I've had 3 unsuccessful breast augmentations and revisions so I had to explant due to numerous health issues. I'm very saggy and empty there now so my surgeon recommended to wear implants in my bra to help the depression. I laughed at him saying it's absurd I don't need to do that, 6 month later I'm still here depressed wishing I never got the surgery in the first place. I still need to heal and get my finances together so until then I figured I could try this see if they help me with my flatness.. they look super real in a bra under the shirt!! No joke, and staff was helpful via email! I had lots of questions and they always emailed me back!! Thank you!

So, I want to start by saying I researched the sizing thoroughly, measured myself, measured what I wanted to be, and used the sizing you have available on the site to determine what I needed. I am 5"10 and 180lbs mtf transgender and needed something around the 6xl. Da'Tianna Galvan bothered me enough with her ignorant review of the product that I had to mention this, if you order the wrong size and pay 40-50 bucks don't blame anyone but yourself. I took several hours making sure I had the measurements and math all right before I placed my order, you aren't shopping for a t-shirt it's a body prosthesis. Take some time to do it right.

Ordered 7xl. Description says 2422 grams a pair. These weighed 3174 grams a pair. 1587 grams each

I ordered a size 8 and they sent me forms attached to clear straps. I didn’t like these and I wish they would have informed me of it before sending them because I would have just sized down ( since 8 is the biggest size in stock at the moment) so I sent them back and ordered the size 7. I really like the size, they were the forms pictured and what I thought I was getting with the size 8’s, but they came damaged and the silicone was exposed. I had to leave for vacation in a couple of days so I wouldn’t have enough time to re order even with my Prime subscription. So I just taped them the best I could and took them on vacation. I really wish they would have correctly described the product on the size 8 so I would have had time to return the damaged ones and I wouldn’t be stuck with a damaged pair for vacation. I would love the size 7 if it wasn’t torn!

Please be delicate with your pieces they are squishy and will burst if not careful, do not sleep in them! But I absolutely love my purchase. I recommend buying a spare pair!

I love this item but I was scared they weren’t going to be big so I ordered a E-6x and they were huge so I ordered a smaller size .. I am truly in love I just can’t get the smaller size they look and feel real

My review is not about the item per se because I love the breast forms and they feel so good I am writing due to the return policy. I had to return the first set because one of them was defective and they still had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee. Now I could understand if there was nothing wrong with them and I just changed my mind but since one was defective I don't feel I should have been charged the $12 restocking fee because it was not my fault that they were defective.

Wow.... what does an occasional crossdresser that never leaves the house have to say about these breast forms? Nothing but praise... they are amazing! They fit perfectly and they really complete my outfits so I couldn't be happier. Quality for the price is absolutely fantastic and they are like a lot of other forms you see out there except they're big and they're round, they fit the bra perfectly instead of the old teardrop ones..... and darn I feel sexy!

Delivery was fast, ordered on 15th got them on 23rd. 5xl fits 42DD bra very well. Quality seems excellent as new, how good they wear over time is so far unknown. I wondered about the weight of them but that is the best part after trying them, don't let the weight scare you away from the bigger ones.UPDATE: 3 years later they are as good as new still, they get used a few times a week. I heve never glued them though so not sure they stand up to that but they can last a lifetime without it
