Great customer service!
Initially I was a bit concerned when receiving this brands 14 inch extension. In my opinion they were what I can only described as layers. So I reached out to customer service as per instructions on the card included with the order. They informed me that this is intentional to mimic real hair and immediately offered to correct the issue if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the way they were made. The quality of the hair is really nice and I do plan to purchase again. I layered up and so far so good.

Beautiful ombré weft hair extensions.
Easy to install sewn in weft hair extensions. Gives a gorgeous thick head of hair. Love the ombré colors from brown to golden to platinum blonde tip.
