Great product
This is a great product, can use for hot or cold. It has weight to it. And it is soft.

Disaster!
This product I attempted to use for the first time 5 days ago. I followed the instructions and the wrap melted in two places on the underside - when I went to remove it from the mocrowave the tiny copper beads went everywhere!!! This item is a fire hazard. I only put it in the microwave for 2 minutes total & 1 minute at a time! I should receive a full refund.

Be careful when microwaving
I had just received my copperfit neck wrap in the mail & I was anxious to use it because my neck was sore from working out. The simple instructions did not specify anything about not allowing the wrap to touch the sides of your microwave. Plus the neck wrap is wide so I removed my microwave plate to be able to stretch open the neck wrap so the beads inside would heat evenly and as you can see from my photos it melted and I had beads everywhere. Amazon sent my replacement within 2 days. I use my new neck wrap in the freezer and works wonderful for upper shoulder pain & neck pain. But I'm worried about using it heated. If I did try to heat it I would fold it on the microwave plate and tuck the edges in as best I can so that it doesn't melt to the sides of the microwave. I only put it in for 1 minute when it melted so I would try 30 seconds at a time and stay watching it. Do not walk away. Good luck.

This has a defect.
Do not Buy this product it’s a ripoff! First minute it’s not warm enough then after the 2nd 30 minute intervals it melts a piece on the side and all these ceramic little balls jump out. Ridiculous it’s a defect not worth it.

After the 4th put on had a lot of beads falling out
I love the idea where it wraps around but wish it didn’t fall apart. I have massive pain in neck and shoulder from a bad fall.

WOW, this Relief wrap is Awesome!
As soon as I received this neck and shoulder relief wrap, I put it in the microwave for 1 minute to heat it up and put it on my neck. WOW! Within a few minutes I felt the best relief I’ve had in 6 months. I’ve purchased many Copper Fit products but, this by far is the best! Thanks Copper Fit!!

Does not last
This item was bought in February of 2023 and it has begun to fall apart. There are holes in it where the beads inside have fallen out. We did try to patch the holes but that did not work. So after just a few months this product has to go to the trash.
