Update: I received a second sticker for my phone, and unfortunately it acted the same way for me as the first sticker did: after a few uses, the adhesive qualities of the sticker decreased to the point where it would no longer stick to the Otterbox Commuter case on my phone. I washed the sticker by swirling it in some lukewarm water, and let it air-dry for a day, and a little bit of the stickiness came back. But after a couple more uses, it would fall off my phone again. It seemed counterintuitive to need to wash the sticker and wait a day for it to dry after every couple of uses.I will say that the customer service for this product was EXEMPLARY, probably the best I've ever had with a company. Johanna really follows up and wants her customers to be satisfied. I received a second sticker after my experience with the first, and she tried all she could to help me with my situation. One tip she gave me was to stick the sticker on a credit card in my wallet, so at least it would be on hand near my phone. I hope they are able to improve the stickiness of their product, and I would definitely try any new version that they release.***********The sticker cleaned my phones screen effectively. The problem was that after a week or so, the adhesive became less and less sticky, and was falling constantly off my phone. Instead of being on my phone, I would find it separated in my pants pocket. I tried the website's suggestion of cleaning in lukewarm water, which they claimed would restore the adhesive qualities. But that proved not to be effective. After two weeks, I lost the sticker, as it must have come off when I took my phone out of my pocket.

They work okay but they stick a little too much making it not as easy to remove from the screen.

UPDATED REVIEW:This company goes over and beyond to treat their customers right! After reading my one star review they contacted me and sent me a great package of more microfiber screen cleaners free of charge PLUS they refunded my original purchase price! I am just starting to use the replacement cleaners but hopefully they will be fine. More in depth instructions on their usage came from the company as well. However this little "screen cleaner" was not worth the it, never glided over my phone screen properly and after just a couple weeks the backing was drying out and I just threw it away a couple days ago. I sort of left it on the back of my phone but just couldn't use it. VERY disappointed! I bought a LightDims Blackout product here on Amazon to cover up a light on my printer and they also sent me a free little screen cleaner. That one was awesome! However I have been unable to find it for sale here? Sorry but I most certainly cannot recommend buying THIS product. Once you've used the other one, well there is no comparison. A waste of money for me. Didn't even bother trying to return it.

Sticking great to my otterbox case so far (which has grooves in it) and does a great job of cleaning the screen. I was using my tongue before and man, that just wasn't helping. Especially after eating pudding. What a mess.All stupid jokes aside, I'm very happy. I've bought other screen cleaners on Amazon before and they were cheap crap that didn't stick to my case. I'm happy.
