Secrets aren’t a good thing (Except at Christmas or birthdays).
Jade always despised violence is all kinds! Now she is surrounded by it no matter which way she turns. Perfectly Jaded..Book 5 of the Watch Me Burn series, is a stomach clinching, breath holding beginning to Jade’s side of the Bloody Psycho brew life. Emotional upheaval, rape, forced drug use…and that’s on an ease day! This book definitely takes Rory’s story to a next step.Don’t miss this newest episode in the journey.

I have loved, hated, craved, and suffered withdrawal throughout these books and this one...this one is unbridled cardiac havoc. I went in reminding myself that Jade was going to have a big story to tell and to keep my mind open to forgiveness for what she pulled in the last book. Be warned, it's pretty much instantly given.Jade Winters is a lily in the fray. She is brutality buried under layers of trauma and conditioning just waiting to be cracked open and set free. Jade Winters is f-ing OTHER. Rory is a baddie, no doubt, but Jade was developed in a totally different chemical solution. Jade Winters gave an unfiltered look inside the mind of someone who has been crushed into a mold to believe she's living the life she deserves.Reading this book you are going to be confronted with a frustration that outweighs all others. Being an outsider looking in on abuse and trying to wrap your head around the choices and actions made and taken by a victim is so damn painful. You want to know why and how someone can allow these You to be done to them. You want to believe the solution to making it stop is easy. You want to believe that you would never be in their shoes. You have to eventually realize that it's not about right and wrong answers. Sometimes it's not even about the solutions. Survival mostly. Maybe getting out with even just a fractured piece of yourself. It's about the damn journey. The during and the after. It's feeling it and keeping yourself.Heavy stuff yeah? Stepping off. HOW BOUT THEM BOYS!?? I was THRILLED that Rory's boys were still so involved, even more so really. As if I wasn't in love enough with Skeeter and Marco! 😭🖤 Forever my boys! I almost bailed towards the end, not gonna lie, it was a near DNF because of the upset. Stick it out, I swear you gotta. My notes and highlights on this one are...harsh...but it comes from a place of experience and I was just coping. This book goes for the throat, swing back.

Perfectly Jaded
Jade is the character that I most related to in the Watch Me Burn series. I’ve felt the fear and desperation to escape an abusive relationship. I’ve felt the uncertainty of what happens if you do, and the confusion of still caring for the person you fell in love with, despite how they now treat you. I’ve felt the isolation and terror of being threatened even if you do manage to get away, and the hopelessness and defeat when you give up on that happening.I know some people didn’t like Jade in Rory’s story. If you skip this book because of that, you’re really missing out. Im not excusing Jade’s choices and behavior, but I understand. When you have all control in your life ripped away from you and you feel like you’re spiraling faster than you can process it, you find yourself doing things you might not normally do. You lose yourself. It was inspiring to watch Jade grow into the person she is now. She learns to swim with her demons instead of letting them drown her. We get to see her rise from this broken, shell of a person into a strong, unstoppable woman. I really enjoyed her and Rory growing closer. They were a force to be reckoned with and I loved their banter. It was nice to see a few of Rory’s guys step up and support Jade as well.We get to see her relationships develop with Alex and Harley. Alex and Harley immediately drew me in when they entered Rory’s story and I am so glad we got to read more about them. Together they are exactly what Jade needs. I absolutely adore the three of them. ❤️If you haven’t read their story yet, I strongly urge you to consider doing so. I promise it’s worth it.

Perfectly Jaded by @author.re.bond Book 5 in the Watch Me Burn series……………“I wanted her, but she was the one woman I could never have. Harley would never forgive me if I tried.”……………..Wow. I have so many things to say about this book! This is book 5 in the series so I don’t want to spoil it for anyone but damn, this one was just as crazy, if not more than the first 4. This book focused on Jade, Alex and Harley. The first 4 books are about Rory and her guys, but luckily they are included in this book as well.………….“I was in trouble of falling, I just had to hope he kept his promise about catching me.”…………..OK let’s get real for a moment… read the triggers on this one because they are real AF. This book is heavily involved in domestic violence. Jade is in an awful relationship and it was hard to stomach some of the things she went through. That being said, @author.re.bond did a great job with how she wrote the scenes and really gave you perspective of someone who is involved in domestic violence. This book is MFM and her guys were two sides of the same coin. Alex is sweet and caring while she is still going through all her BS, Harley doesn’t know how to act and I struggled with him a lot because he would scare Jade without meaning to.…………….“Use me like a bouncy house, go crazy,”……………@author.re.bond always brings the steam! I was happy there was a lot of interaction with Rory and her guys and new relationships were created. There is a lot of new storyline with the crews that comes in to this book and secrets are revealed that sets it up for Lexi’s book, and that girl is going to be interesting! If you are looking for fast paced and crazy, this series is for you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Perfectly Jaded is the fifth book in the Watch Me Burn series and is an MFM dark romance focused on Jade, who we met in Rory's story.Whenever I read an R.E. Bond book I just know some crazy sh!t is going to go down, and this was no exception!Jade's had a seriously traumatic life and is hiding the fact that her boyfriend abuses her. However when he takes it too far she soon finds herself back in the middle of crew business (and Harley & Alex😏)I absolutely loved Jade, she is such a relatable character for so many and my heart literally broke for her at times. But she is a survivor and when she finally realised she deserved better and was a bada$$ in her own way, it was beautiful to read.Harley and Alex are best friends and like to share. But they've got a rough history with Jade and its not going to be easy for her to trust them. And when secrets come to light things go from bad to worse.I absolutely loved the storyline of this book! It's all about surviving abuse and drug addiction and the way that it's written is so freaking real. The plot is fast paced and there's plenty of action and gore and the spicy scenes were also pretty hot.Rory and her guys are also in this book and I forgot just how much I love that little psycho! The scene at the docks with the grenade had me in stitches! This book was freaking amazing and I'm really looking forward to the next installment of the series

Ah-ma-zing
Okay firstly thank you so much for sharing what I can only imagine would have been extrodinarily painful memories and feelings from your past and putting them into characters we all love so much. Seriously you’re incredible and you are what make them so amazing and real so thank you for pouring part of yourself onto your pages and sharing them with us. Seriously that’s badass.Secondly while I never hated Jade, I was incredibly frustrated by her actions which lead to the end of her and Rory’s friendship so thank you for doing what you did for that.Third point, I absolutely adore how involved Rory and her guys where in this story. They weren’t just in the background like you get in other stories where they’re continued, they were up front and centre with the exception of our four kings understandably. It didn’t feel like a spin of it was a true continuation of the story and that just made me love it even more.100% 10/10 recommend reading!!!

Perfectly jaded
Usually, when reading series I get really attached to the first heroine and her guy/s so when there is someone else story in the series I don't usually end up reading it.I absolutely loved the watch me burn series so far and perfectly jaded came out around my birthday so it gave me an excuse to give it a go. I wasn't a fan of jade when reading the previous books but R.E.Bond had managed to pique my curiosity with jades back story.Jade had it bad from her past with her father and Harley to her now being in an abusive relationship. This book was hard to read at the time because of what jade was going through but it made me love her more because she's a fighter. I enjoyed how she grew from angry and hurt to strong and facing her demons.I loved jades relationship with Harley and Alex. Harley and Alex slowly gain jades trust again and she lets go of her hate. Many secrets keep you on your toes. R.E.bond made me ugly cry again and I don't know if my heart can take anymore.I was so happy that Rory and her boys are still around to support jade. I'm cant wait to see where Lexi story will take everyone.

Oh my days!
So ever so slightly shook reading this and I did have to read a certain page a few times for it to sink in. R.E definitely rips your hurt out and stomps on it with this book. I'm still a little bit speechless. Jade is a phenomenal character and she's been superbly written. Highly recommend the series
