It works great. Very effective, and easy to use, you got to watch for the hot steam not to burn your hands. Had a little trouble at first to assemble it - it doesn't start without proper connections

It works good for light to medium use. But if your using it heavy might want to look for a better one as the build quality is more so on the cheaper side. But in the price range its only a bit more than the handheld steamers and it does a much better job. It also holds a good amount of water, on the highest setting it will last about 30m before refill.If your on the fence between this and already have a iron, this is quicker and easier once you get the hang of it. I can do my stuff in about half the time now. Although it really only works good on shirts, for pants it works, but its more tricky as you need a place to lay them down so for this I still prefer the iron.The hanger stand thing is ok, but its kind of short (im 6'1) so I either have to put the unit on top of a box or sit down when using it. The hanger should have also had a solid piece behind it to make steaming easier as the clothes just move when trying to steam, therefore I have been just using in by a wall as the flat surface and using the hanger to let the clothes cool down before putting in the closet.

Love it! I hate to iron, saw this on groupon and came directly to Amazon to check it out. Being a prime member it's always a better deal for me at Amazon. It takes seconds to warm up and seconds to use, very easy and well worth it!! It's amazing how fast wrinkles come out!

I love it. It was making a weird bubnling sound after 1 use, but has since went away and functions as normal
