Always had a hard time finding a good multivitamin for women and this one has been fantastic.Just don't have it on a empty stomach. I take it with my sups before the gym for extra boost. And nothing works if you don't take it daily!!

I first loved this because it gave me an energy boost and was feeling better but I made me breakout on my face a lot, my skin was clear before taking it then it started breaking out a lot. I haven’t taken it for two weeks and my skin is clear again but my energy has been pretty low. I might just take one or two per day from now on.

Very nourishing vitamins. Helped with muscle gain. However I personally must take them with food to avoid nausea.
