This candle was beautiful! After the shooting at the Pittsburgh synagogue, we saw people holding these candles and praying. We learned that the candle is a sign of unity, of the many parts melting together to become one. My husband is a deacon, and he used the candle to demonstrate the unity of all people during his homily after that tragic event. It was very meaningful.

Very tall candle. Burns brightly. Because it's flat, it's difficult to find a holder for it, and it does drip a lot. I put foil around it to catch the drips. However, it's traditional and it's great to "feel the heat of the flame" as part of Havdalah.

I wish these could be made with soy. Paraffin wax isn't the best thing to inhale. So pretty to watch burning though and great price.

great product at a great price.packaging for shipping needs to be improved though. the plastic bag is not enough support for a long thin candle. mine arrived bent but thankfully not broken. I had to use warm water to re-shape the candle. a stronger carton is needed.
