I love this lamp. It is so cute and perfect for my lady lair. It was missing a part and I called the number that was on the Amazon listing and they sent the part overnight to me. Great customer service and great lamp.

Okay, I love this lamp! The quality is actually good and it works great. It ties my living room together and adds to my glam aesthetic. If you’re thinking of buying it, just do it. It’s worth every penny. The assembly was pretty easy until I got to the bling. The instructions weren’t so clear but I looked at someone else’s review picture and copied what they did and it looks fabulous. I have mirrored end tables so the jewels reflect off of it and as you can see, it reflects on the wall as well. I’m obsessed.

I bought this august of 2022. Had it just under 5 months. The button to turn it on just stopped working. It no longer catchesDon’t waste your money on this. It is a pretty lamp but not worth the cost for that short of time.

So, RH had these amazing chandelier lamps I have been coveting for 3 years. If memory serves the floor lamp was $900. I was absolutely not spending that much money on a lamp even though they are real crystal and heirloom quality. After searching the web for a year (no joke) I found this one! It has a silver base, not wrought iron, but this actually works even better in my room because my sitting area is in front of a black screen, so this makes the lamp pop! It puts out a good amount of light, perfect for reading and just creates an amazing Romantic ambiance. I’m staging my house to sell and hopefully this will make buyers want this Master Suite to be their own! Of course, I’m taking my lamp with me so they will have to buy their own. The lamp features a push button floor switch which is perfect for a floor lamp, why aren’t all floor lamps made with this design? Also, the crystals are real glass, you have to be careful placing them on the lamp, but honestly assembly was super easy and so satisfying to watch the transformation. 10 out of 10 would buy again!

This lamp is GORGEOUS! I bought it for our nursery and it looks amazing in there and very expensive. You can't tell from the picture but it comes with strings of crystals that you hook underneath the lampshade. I would almost give it 4 stars because it took me a long time to figure out how to hang those because the instructions were not very clear. I ended up on the nursery floor crying about it because I got so frustrated mixed with my crazy pregnancy hormones. But once I got them on I was very happy because they really add a lot of beauty to the lamp. I have it by my glider as a reading lamp and when you're sitting down you can really see the strings of crystals under the lamp shade.Also, I don't think it says this in the description but you turn the lamp on and off with a switch attached to the cord coming from the base of the lamp. So you basically have to put it in a good position for you to step on the switch (it's like a push button) on the floor. I find this to be kind of irritating since it's not easy to find in the dark. But it may end up being convenient when I'm holding an infant and don't have a free hand to turn it on so I can just use my foot! We'll see. Still have to give it 5 stars because it looks so good.

This lamp is so pretty and bright. Looks amazing in my chic vintage guest room. The shade you can glaze (lightly paint) in any color and it will change the lighting in your room. I was going to do a rose gold but I love it as is. So I haven’t yet. It has a matching table lamp which I also love!I have 2 things I dislike about it. The packaging was nightmare. Assemble in your garage with your vacuum next to you. Takes about an hour but is fairly easy to assemble. It is the packaging clean up that’s a night mare.Also the hanging chandeliers are not glass but cheap plastic. You can’t tell unless you touch it BUT I HATE CHEEP PLASTIC! I wanted glass. So as an easy fix go to the art store and just buy the beads you want and hang them the way you want.

I love this lamp - but there are a few drawbacks which aren't enough to make me not love it - but they may be an issue for someone else.First of all - the directions are pictures directions and totally unclear. I ended up hanging my 12 strands of long crystals my own way - I like my way better! ;) By the way, these are NOT by any stretch of the imagination plastic or acrylic drops! They are glass - have the weight of glass, and clink when they touch each other. no bumps at the bottom from coming out of a plastic mold - these are not REAL crystal but we weren't really expecting that were we? So GLASS, not plastic.Secondly the lamp shade is NOT white. Is is a beautiful cream color which I love. The only problem with that is I ordered the two bedside lamps and if they really are white, and not this lovely cream, I see buying some new lampshades in my future so they all match. We shall see.Third - the silver "candles" inside are indeed the cheap "Christmas decoration" type plastic and had they been visible it may have been a deal breaker - but they are not - no eh. I can live with it.Finally the 12 strands of glass beads (which you cant actually see in the picture) have plastic filament "tails" that I had to carefully trim off. I hit the ends with some sturdy clear craft glue to make sure they didn't come apart. So no harm no foul.I adore this lamp and am not at all upset about the cost of it now as I will cherish it for a long time to come! I had no trouble assembling it, only one drop had come off and I easily slipped it back on. Yes the little metal rings that hold the drops on are thin but for the job they have to do the are sufficient. If I decide in the future they are annoying I will go to the craft store and get some nice jewelry quality jump rings for $5 - but I doubt that will ever happen unless I find myself bored one day. Really bored.the stem is substantial - the bottom very well weighted - a snap to assemble. I like the idea of the "switch" being a step on switch - I wouldn't want to risk putting my hands in all those crystals and possibly injuring one just to turn the lamp on!Finally - I adore this lamp - do not regret the price - and I feel like I am staying at a 5 star hotel when I turn it on in my bedroom! I think I will have to upgrade my bedding and spruce my bedroom up some more just so everything else in there is up to the quality of this lamp! lol!
