Very easy to use, gave it a 4 star because it's a little too big and makes it difficult to remove and makes a mess of herb everywhere. If not, it would have been a 5 star.**Okay, I have changed my 4 stars to 5 stars, the company was amazing in solving my problem and in explaining how to use the product in detail and very professional. Please do not throw away the two metal pieces as you will need them if you are using smaller cones, like 1 1/4 size; the metal piece must be placed first then your cone. If not, you could always double your cone like I did and it works perfectly. I brought this product for my bestfriend and we share it, now that I know how to properly use it; I'll definitely be buying another one soon. Again, I must say the company responded immediately to my concern and resolved my issue with satisfaction. I've never been happier with a company and their customer service approach to meet a customers' satisfaction.

Pros: GrindsCons: GravityFor more helpful advice, the concept is that you load an empty cone, tighten the top, add your dry matter, grind until it’s full. My issue is that I preferred to tamp and pack so the cone can contain its spec’d weight in grams. If you go ham on the grind without tamping, you’ll get a quarter full cone of loose spice wrapped in flash paper that will burn a run and spill rather than cherry, this is using as directed by this product.In actual use, I had to unthread the grinder and tamp through the funnel. If you use one the adapter spacers on the bottom to fit cones smaller than King Size, tamping too hard will push the spacer and the filter into the cone. This requires starting over.There’s no trick to use this as a standard grinder aside from grinding on a tray. You’re buying this for the ability to fill cones, but it’s a slow process.The roulette storage around the filling funnel does NOT fit Raw 98 Special cones so go for a smaller cone if you plan to fill this with cones as advertised.The grinder is well machined and I don’t fault the company for the design or the fact I dropped it, but from a practical standpoint I wish I bought something more conventional. The difference is a liability, not a feature.

Let me be clear, this is a nice, solid product, but the whole concept is flawed. If you don’t take it apart a few times while filling it to pack the cone down you just get floppy cones, and that’s the enemy of a good smoke. So if your willing to carefully take it apart 3-4 times during the process of rolling a cone to pack it down, it does work very well, is solid, a quality item, but not the simple item it seemed to be

I have only used it once but so far, so good. Very easy to use. The cone fills quickly but I find you need to tamp it down especially at the bottom so that it doesn't bend. The other thing that could be improved is the push button at the bottom to release the cone - it doesn't come up as far as it should IMO, making it a little difficult to remove the cone. That being said, it seems to do the job.

I love that this is a metal product it is well built and has many useful functions. It holds the cone and fills it perfectly.
