Good board, good delivery, bad leash
The leash broke within the first hour of play. Plastic connector broke on the wrist strap.

Worse customer service and leash
The board itself is very good. In my packaging material which I lost but it said about the leashes being bad. If that was the case to contact them and they had the info but like I said I misplaced it because I wasn’t going to lie and said I had a bad leash before we tried it out. My kids weren’t even in the ocean for 5 minutes if that before the leashes on BOTH boards that I bought from them the leashes broke. I can’t contact them and Amazon only allows me to talk to the stupid AI assistant. I would never buy from these sellers again! If you know the leash is bad send new ones along with the board. I’m just glad my kids didn’t lose the board completely. Amazon wants me to return the entire board. I don’t have the packaging so the ups store would charge me to pack it up and it’s not worth with! Just send me NEW working leashes! It’s the least you can do since you KNEW they were bad to begin with!

Leash and wrist band broke before first use
Bought this for our trip out to San Diego. The wrist band and leash broke before first use. Shape did not seem conducive to catching waves either. Bummer for my eldest who didn't have a board until we were able to find a rental. Returning the product for refund.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST COMPANY/PRODUCT OUT THERE!!!
Giving a 5 star review isn’t enough!!! This boogie board is great quality!!! Right sizing, and exactly what was described!!! I also had to contact the company and that was the absolute best customer service I have ever received, especially on a holiday weekend!!! I didn’t expect to hear anything back until the following week at earliest but nope that wasn’t the case I heard back within 2 hours!!!! I highly recommend this company and their board over anybody else!!
