Ok for that price point
The packing and all is good but when I opened it the monitor screen was fully with the fingerprints has you can see in the pic. And the main screw was missing which helps to hold the monitor base with the screen. And a white pach was showing when the screen goes to the sleep mod. For that also they can’t do anything. 😔When I said the same thing to the customer care they said that the screw is not mentioned in the sellers list so they can’t do anything about it and the display they can’t do anything because it’s used product and some problems will be there in it they said 😔.Not satisfied with the saler and the customer care.But the monitor is working fine has of now 😕

Perfect for gaming and work
Bought a refurbished product for less than 15k and was worth it. Came in a new box and everything was there. No challenge whatsoever. Been abt a month since i have been using it. For what I have paid, this was a steal.. the height is not adjustable FYI and the plug in socket is the bigger one.

After use of 1 month this is the issues
The media could not be loaded. Amazon is also making fool to their customers by saying 6months warranty on the refurbished products the warranty claim number says unreachable
