It seems to help. I take it with a very stong thermogenic far burner that reduces appetite. Usually im unable to eat but while on this sup3r-7 I could feel my metabolism kicking in again.Im in a recomp stage of my work out 1800 cal diet except on work out days.

Didn't help much. I Didn't notice a difference. Your better off with a low calorie diet or something else instead...

I stacked this with Ignit3 on a cut and it helped speed up fat loss versus just Ignit3 alone. Nice new twist on 7-keto
