Good griddle pan. I deducted 1 star as the handle gets very hot and cleaning isn't as easy as i thought. Can't use an abrasive cleaner so it takes a while to clean with anything soft. Heats up very quickly and creates a lovely charred look to the food.

It clearly is not non stick or even close, heat distribution is not great.

Good cast iron grill pan unfortunately mine came damaged with a chip in it which would of made it impossible to clean and set properly which could cause pan to rust, so had to send back.

The quality of this product is very poor, rusts easily and is too heavy to handle. even after using oil/butter to cook my steak in this it kept burning and steaming up. It is not worth it

There’s nothing quite like a skillet.A steak definitely tastes better cooked in a skillet.Treat it properly and it’ll last forever.

Si appiccica troppo facilmente il cibo in cottura, è poi molto pesante e scomoda da gestire col manico che peraltro si surriscalda parecchio durante la cottura del cibo e resta caldo per molto tempo. Deluso da questo acquisto.

Una estupenda parrilla de hierro fundido sin ningún tipo de recubrimiento tóxico.Ventajas. Dura para siempre. Sin tóxicos. Al tener mucha masa, pesa, guarda muy bien el calor al cocinar.Desventaja. Que como no te leas las instrucciones te vas a quejar sin razón. Es de hierro por lo que se oxida. Lávala y sécala a mano inmediatamente con un trapo. No tiene tratamientos por lo que la forma de usarla es tratarla o calentarla siempre fuerte antes de poner aceite o la comida, que luego todo el mundo se queja de que no son buenas y es por no haber leído o visto los miles de vídeos que hay sobre cómo utilizarla.Una sartén grill muy útil para toda la vida. Que pena no haberla comprado antes.
