very nice solid unit comees with plastic gasket . which is kinda hard to hold in place as you screw this into wall on a pipe nipple a dab of cauking helped me hold it in place . also no suprise you have to supply your own pipe nipple

It is difficult to maintain the seal at the right place when screwing the elbow to the short length of thread available (less than 1/2 inch)

Looks great and added a finishing touch to our shower.

Elbow is beautiful and well made. Item did not come with the hose as it says in description that is why I gave it 3 stars. I waited to see if it would be delivered separately but to date it has not arrived.

This is an all-brass chromed shower hose fitting; no plastic. Inlet takes 1/2" nipple that you size for depth of rough-in.

The shower set I bought came with mail thread connection, big mistake , specially when you discover that after the tiles are installed, found this , delivered in 1 day , nice enough, thank god for amazon

Works as expected

We were doing a Bathroom Reno and thought we had all the parts for the shower. We forgot to order this wall elbow. I am so glad Amazon had this elbow as we needed it in a hurry. It fit our design perfectly. This is a solid brass product and the brushed finish makes this a thing of beauty. The threads inside the elbow did not go in fully, so we had to make some adjustments to the threaded adapter on the wall. Some caulking was involved :-)

OK. Only problem is that you cannot adjust the distance to the wall. Other shower elbows have adjustable distance so they are easier to install.

Just what I needed too bad it didn’t come with all of the other stuff I ordered as a recommendation
