Combat Sports Washable MMA Elastic Cloth Shin & Instep Padded Guards

I've been using mine for about a month or so. The only thing I don't like about these is that they're hard to get off after getting sweaty. I've tried a few different methods but the easiest way to get them off is to use the stiffness off the padding to shove it down your leg. With that said I don't think I've ever had to re-adjust them while training. They sit really well on your leg but still allow proper mobility. The padding is thick enough to take a hit but you can still get a feel for where it landed. They aren't as convenient as strap-on guards but they work just as well for WAY less money. If you want to do a lot of heavy sparring maybe you'd want to buy the more expensive ones but I've seen guys at my gym only use these. Cleaning them is as easy as chucking them in the washer but they do shrink slightly after putting them in the dryer. With everything said I'd rate them 9/10 with one point off for how hard they're to get off

I bought these a couple of weeks back for muay Thai class. My gear generally ranges on the cheaper end of the spectrum because I'm on a budget and I'll be honest when I say that my first consideration when choosing these were price, followed up by the overall decent reviews this product recieved.The fit of these pads accounts for the missing star in my review. I have long legs, and the pad doesn't QUITE come up far enough. This wasnt a deal breaker, obviously, as I didn't send them back--I didnt want to wait to get back in the ring! Next time, I will opt for the XL, perhaps. We'll see how these fare after a few months.As far as doing what they're supposed to, they work great. Just the right amount of padding. I can still feel my shin connect with the target, which is important, imo. Too much padding makes you sloppy bc you feel you can send your kick anywhere with no repercussions--it makes bad habits for when you get in the ring. Just my opinion, but there ya go.Overall, I am pleased. If you got for these pads, just double check the size before adding them to your cart.

These were great for sparring. They didn’t move and kept snug the whole time. Protected my shins well.

They don't move around like the strap on ones. They do take a minute to get off. But overall great product.

I ordered these because I wanted training gear but did not want to break the bank. I train MMA, mostly kickboxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ. These are comfortable and perform almost as well as some nicer shinguards that I've used, but I had a few issues with them. First, as others have mentioned, they are hard to get off after being used. This led to me stressing the elastic to the point that it began fraying. My second issue is that the foam insert slides around a bit during intense training and sparing. This has led to me taking full kicks to the shin or taking someone's knee to the shin. Overall, they are good for the price point but are not a good long-term piece of gear.

Ordered for my sons jujitsu class. He said they were perfect and fit great.

This is a very good product for all martial arts practitioners, I tried them last night and my shins dont hurt and I could kick my pushing bag with strength but not the same speed as I used to when I was in my 20's and weighing 83 kg. Not too bad for an "old" guy like me with almost 51 years and weighting 308 pounds actually. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT specially for security guards like me.... ;))
