SO WORTH IT!
I LOVE THIS CRATE! It's so stylish, and gives my dog more room to see. Crates are always such and eyesore, but not this one! On top of that, the company is extremely responsive and helpful. There was an issue with my first crate (not the seller's fault), and they fixed it immediately. If you've thought about this crate, go for it. Just make sure to get a sturdy padding for the bottom.

Great option for a small house
I have a small house so it not only keeps my puppy safe when I’m not home but is a useful piece of furniture

Arnold &Wrigley love it!
The boys love it. They go in there on their own and have their own space. Looks like a piece of furniture

Pretty enough and probably indestructible
The cons: The latch system isn’t something that can be used with one hand. Both hands are required to hold the door and secure the latch in three steps (might be a good thing if you have an escape artist disguised as a dog). At a cost of $289, you might be annoyed with the ease of which the powder coating is scratched; specifically around the latches and the screws (during assembly). The top of the crate also has a large scratched area, similar to other customer’s photos, so this is probably a packaging/shipping issue. It leaves the top unsightly. The pros: it’s attractive, sturdy (ours is even missing a bolt and it is still sturdy), and unless you have a basenji, it’s chew proof.Overall, it’s a good deal. If you have the ability to return it should you receive a damaged one, just use care when unpacking the box. Time was of the essence for us, our children sat on the old crate and broke it, so we had to accept this one “as is” when we ordered it. The instructions are easy enough if you’ve assembled furniture before (not quite as easy as IKEA, but close enough). If your dog hates being crated or is distructive, then just get a steel cage and give up on it being cute.

Heavy, Stylish, But Bad Quality
Came without written instructions, and just a trifold pamphlet illustrating overall steps and parts. But it us VERY confusing to follow. When screwing on metal parts, the you cannot screw too tight because the screws will eat right through the rods, winding up not holding the crate sides together. That happened to us, so we had to fix the issue by adding washers (not included) between the screws and metal rods. The screw on legs did not fit either. The crate is truly stylish, but not worth the price given the poor quality of the assembly parts. Look elsewhere. The crate also seemed much smaller than expected, a bit too small for my Golden Retriever.

Great, if you have a calm dog
If your dog is not an “escapist” this crate is a beauty. Merges with the space quite nicely. However, for a dog who wants to break out this crate isn’t an obstacle.
