These are pretty heavy duty with a great shiny finish that holds up. I've used these a lot and they still look near new. They don't scratch easily, I don't see any scratches after quite a bit of use and machine dish washing. If I had to complain, the edges, while smooth can dig into your hand a little, but this is a super minor complaint. They are light but well built and don't deflect, bend or twist when weighted with food. They are also beautiful and look much nicer than what I paid for them.

These stainless sheets bake a bit differently from the more standard aluminum pans, but it's just a matter of getting used to how items bake on them. Easy to clean up, and good looking. Feel better about their toxicity level compared to aluminum or coated sheets.

I have had professional stainless baking trays my entire adult life. I love that they are toxin free and indestructible when kids are always abusing my kitchen stuff while learning/helping. One of my pans went missing after a pot luck just before the holidays, so I ordered these as a replacement. They have a near mirror finish which I have already scratched quite a bit with normal use ( okay- I sliced the baklava right on the tray- oops), but they are still durable and easy to clean. They are true to size and weight, with a very nice rolled edge around the top rim. They are pretty enough to use as a casual serving tray and perfect for professional baking and kitchen prep uses. The two pans stack very tightly and take barely more space than a single pan. I will probably buy more when I phase out the unmatched trays I have accumulated over time.

Scratches on the 1st use: bottom side just from being on oven rack & inside some from general use. Usable but disappointed as stainless steel is usually not scratched easily. It is also time consuming to clean sometimes even when sprayed with oil.

These pans are really good quality and very affordable. The smallest of the three fits in my small toaster oven & it turned out beautiful & yummy biscuits this morning
