I tried these sticks just to try something new other than pills. They are incredible! I noticed improvements in bloating and regular movements in the first week. By the second week I had told my entire family they needed to switch. I prefer two a day, they seriously taste great, even satisfy the late night sweet craving. I hope these are discontinued anytime soon!!

The stix are very easy to use and I feel more energize ( somehow) . It’s great for colon health. Very easy to use. Just pour it to your tongue. Taste is so good

I bought these out of desperation. I was in the middle of a 2 month long Colitis flare up and decided to give these a try. Things have turned around for me and I credit these as part of the solution. Not a miracle but I truly believe this is a great product. The bonus is they taste great

I started using this daily when I was living in the US and it made an immediate difference to how I felt and in removing belly / stomach bloating. I stopped using it when I moved back overseas but after several months of not using it I have noticed a big difference in overall stomach health and how I feel. Thankfully I can still order it online through Amazon and get it shipped to where I am. Overall I can't rate this highly enough - but - it will depend on what you are taking it for as to whether or not it will work for you. There are some good reviews that will be able to give you a decent idea of whether or not this product will help.

After trying countless other probiotics over the years I decided to try this one. I’ll be honest at first I thought you mixed it in water so I did that the first time which wasn’t bad. But after further reading you just pour it on your tongue and go. What a difference this was has made for me! And it tastes great! I have a few in my purse instead of lugging around a bottle of pills. Will continue to purchase!

Ok. Not what I was looking for. I was really looking for something with more flavor.

I like that it is easy take with or without water.It is is easy to carry in your pocket or purse.
