Very easy to use and holds a decent charge. I've been dealing with nail fungus for the last 20 years, have intermittently used fluconazole in every possible form (pills, ointment, etc), with mixed results, but they never quite went away. Finally decided to do something extra about it.This, along with filing the nail seems to be working. But you need to be diligent about it's use, it takes next to no effort anyway, you just turn it on and snap it on the finger. Might be a bit of a chore if you have several nails affected, you might want to consider buying more than one if your time is scarce or you are on the impatient side

I am 81 years old. My big toenails in both feet are very thick. The diagnosis is nail fungus. I see a foot doctor every sixty three days as covered by the insurance. He trims the nails and applies some antibiotics. It is basically a surface treatment. He told me there is actually no treatment except for some oral tablets. He is hesitant to prescribe.I ordered these laser devices. They have a built in 7 minute timer. They could have been little more wider for my toes. The contour could have been better. It is uncomfortable but I am willing to try. There are two toes, I have to use the device one toe at a time. They should have offered a package deal for two devices saving time for treatment.

I like...but a little small for big toe...

I've used this laser treatment twice a day between March and October, maybe missed 5 treatments during that time. I also wore open toed shoes and changed from a bristle brush to a silicone scrubber for washing my toes and feet. I've tried lots of other doctor recommended and prescription treatments (some for even longer periods of time) without success. This product is great.

I’m wary of all the chemicals on the market for treating nail fungus. This was totally affordable and chemical free. I’m able to fit my two smallest toes in it at the same time. I’ve been using it consistently for over a month and definitely seeing a significant improvement without any harsh chemicals/medications.

I just bought this for my toenail fungus. I will report after I see an improvement. I use this parallel to Efinaconazole liquid described by the doctor, and Vaporub. I believe it will make a difference. Device is not FDA approved. However, some of these blue lasers are FDA approved. There is more recent research that reports that blue laser light was found to work for the treatment of nail fungus.I know I have to be be patient and it may take between 6 to 18 months to heal. The success rate is about 80% based on information on the Internet. People may not have enough patience to apply it each day. So far it works well and it is very easy to use.One thing I don't like is that the charging cable has one USB plug end and a generic round plug at the other end. If I loose the cable the device will be useless.
