Brought as a gift for my mum - brought a size too small to begin with but the return and exchange were super easy and communication was quick. very happy

The item is as described but the clasp is very weak doesn't hold well at all and will just fall off when u least expect it. My partner loved for first few days then it started unfastening itself and falling off

Very disappointed with the quality. Bought as Christmas presents and they broke after few hours of the kids wearing them. Snapped near the clasp so can’t even fix them. Got very unhappy kids
