I play badminton on a regular basis and recently started having problems with my elbow, probably bad technique and overuse but its better than sitting at home!Bought this after a little research as the other types seem to offer too much support, which I think would weaken muscles with long term use. It still smarts a little when I play but I am having a lot less problems with my elbow now and its slowly getting better. Only tip I have is to put it somewhere safe keep leaving mine in silly places!

After 2 months of use.This product is very light so you hardly notice it's on. But don't let that fool you it has excellent heat retention and compression capabilities. I have been suffering with a forearm and elbow problem for 11 months and after 2 months of using this for sport or repetitive activities my forearm and elbow are almost back to normal again. It is a bit pricier than some others on the market but well worth it. the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it rolls over a little bit at the top and the logo peels off after a few weeks. But other than that s great item which has helped me a lot.
