I'm Looking for Serious Love!: Photographs from the Image Collection

I really wanted to like this manga but there were some areas that were…weird. For example the MCs childhood friend freaking straight up molested him when they were kids and then tried to molest him again as adults. Keep in mind that the childhood friend is OLDER too. And the MC is okay with it?? He really let’s him back into his life. And then the MCs main love interest ALSO molests him, knowing he was roofied. Like wtf??? He even says that “he’s not forcing him, he’s helping him”…. Sir he was just drugged. Other than the rapiness it’s cute ig

I wasn’t expecting this when I ordered the book. It’s very nicely drawn (it’s in black and white, which I hadn’t realized when ordering) but were it for the content, the “story” is very childlike, almost inexistant, a second thought.I said “were it for the content” because there are scenes in which one of the two protagonists drugs and rapes the other one.I realize, without generalizing, that within the animé world, forced sex can be found and is almost never treated as a big deal (such is the case here), but I wanted to point it out because readers need to know exactly what it is they’re buying.

This book is full on rapes where the victim believes it's okay because there isn't penetration. WRONG WRONG WRONG Do not like.

I didn't hate the main characters but I sure didn't like them either. I give this relationship a few months tops. Story seemed rushed with confusing holes, mostly just an excuse to hop in bed. But if that's okay with you you might like it. Personally I like to care about my characters so it was meh for me.

This book isn't for everybody so make sure to read through the comments before purchasing. I enjoyed the story personally.
