Let me preface this by saying: I am not…. Ok, ok, WAS not… a birdwatcher or even remotely interested in birds prior to this purchase.I did a ton of research before purchasing this hummingbird feeder- main qualities needed: pretty and brightly colored non-glass bottle, metal-free base, and an ant moat. Boxes check x3! (For anyone who is curious, my reasoning for this particular feeder: Although the bottle is plastic, it won’t be painfully hot to the touch and won’t boil the nectar inside, nor will it crack or break under extreme temps or if it falls. No metal base or perch, as it can burn the birds little feet, and if not properly powder coated, it can rust quickly and leech into the nectar. Lastly, the ant moat is a must. I added a bit of dish soap and water and haven’t had a problem).We have plenty of pollinators in the area, but I never thought I could have started gang wars for nectar rights with one feeder! It’s only been up for 6 days (put up during the hottest week of the summer to help the little guys out) and I’m shocked at how many have made it their morning pit stop coffee shop.I have mostly had one regular every morning until today… This morning, I witnessed at least 3 more aerial fighters battling it out for their place in line at the watering hole! There have been several scoping it out for the past 3 hours trying to see what all the fuss is about.TLDR; 12/10 recommend. It brings all the birds to the yard. I just received my lovely hummingbird feeder today. I love the colors and the design is exactly what I was looking for. I have more expensive feeders made of blown glass with heavy metal trays however I live in the deep south in a very humid climate so rust is a HUGE factor when it comes to taking the best care of my precious little bird friends. This feeder is made of a nice sturdy plastic top to bottom with a rubber gasket to help make sure no juice is leaked or spilled and the fact that it is plastic means I will never have to worry about a rust or corrosion issue! That is a BIG deal to me because I dearly love my birds and only want the best for them. The thoughts of rust or any type of metals getting in their juice is totally unacceptable!I have been feeding my birds here at my house for 38 years now and I am very picky about my feeders.The seller was very nice and immediately reached out to me to make sure I received everything as described and that it met all my expectations. I cannot speak for its durability since I just received it however I have very high expectations. The only feature that could have been added to this feeder is a bee guard and that is not a problem to me. I can already tell you my birds have given it their stamp of approval! They almost drank it dry today and that makes me very happy!!!

Bought this as a gift for my mom who needed a new hummingbird feeder. She loved the look of the blown glass hummingbird feeders, but we live in a windy area, and a glass feeder is a safety issue. This allowed her to have the best of both worlds. It holds a great amount of food, has an anti-ant mechanism on the hook, and gives the beautiful blown glass effect, but out of plastic. This is their new favorite feeder.

This is a good looking feeder that is easy to clean. I was looking for an all plastic design because a pesky raccoon keeps knocking it down to get the sweet nectar.It has performed well and the hummingbirds like it.There is a problem with the location of the perches in relation to the flowers. They do not line up. The birds either perch and not eat or hover and eat. The perches and the flowers are on the same piece and cannot be realigned. The hummingbirds don't seem to care.

Great product, doesn't leak, but color fades very fast!Also, ignore all the reviews saying the perch and feeding holes don't line up. The whole thing comes apart so you can clean it so that's just plain user error on behalf of people not taking the whole base apart to clean it

Hung this up yesterday. It is soooo pretty, colorful and because it is plastic, it is lightweight. Whereas glass feeders are super heavy. When I see a hummingbird, I will be so happy. Just a matter of time. Also to note, I've seen all the hummingbird nectar for sale at stores. They all have red food dye in them. Not good birdies. With this feeder they can't see the color of the food anyway because the actual feeder IS the color. It is a win, win, win! I am very happy with this feeder.

I received the feeder 2 days before the expected delivery date. The hummingbirds love the feeder. I like the fact that it is all plastic.

It is pretty and bright!! The one thing I don't like is when you go to refill it, if there's anything left in the base, it gets everywhere!

It doesn't spill liquid when I push it out on the line & it with stands high winds vert very well. The only negative is that you can't see the liquid level.
