Just love it

Took me a couple tries to figure out how to get the dang top off to use it, but now i love it!1. When you take it out of the freezer to use: if it’s too cold to open it up - which it probably will be - Open the little cap at the top and run it under the faucet, letting lukewarm-hot water go INSIDE. Let it sit for about 20 seconds and the top will slide off easily. Depending on the temperature of your freezer sometimes it might take a little bit longer but getting the hot water in and around the sides will melt it a little bit and the top comes right off!2. Don’t fill it up all the way to the top! If You fill it up halfway the ice will make a formation that more easily contours to the shape of your face.

I get hormonal acne so of course with that come's irritated inflamed painful pimples the reason for my purchase of this item. I never knew how beneficial rolling ice on your face could be!!! I put aloe vera inside as well & it has worked wonders, just FYI let it defrost for a few minutes before using so the top is easier to come off without breaking the ice inside!!!
