amazing value for the money!!!
as this being a basic set with no extras. you get the base model and can build from there. it comes with the #2 needle set and wrench only. the packaging is basic also. as for the unit its self you get an amazing airbrush that is smooth and reliable that is easy to clean and use. it looks just as good as it performs! im going to get the rest of the needles that will work with it and use it as my main unit for all my fine finish work

Solid, well-made airbrush. Quality performance.
This airbrush is solid. It's not as lightweight as I expected, but I actually prefer a more heavy airbrush in hand. It's exceptionally easy to take apart and clean, easy to put back together, and it doesn't have any fragile parts that cannot handle a few beginner mistakes. The needle is a pretty good one for all-around work, but I recommend a smaller one for very fine details. Overall it's a very solid airbrush. The trigger feels really good. It's not too hard or soft, just right, and for the price, you really cannot beat the features and ease of parts replacements. I will definitely be taking very good care of this airbrush and use it well into the future, even if I upgrade to a more precise airbrush model for fine work later on.

Solid airbrush, lacks frills
I got this to use mostly for miniature painting. If you are looking at this package then you probably already have some measure of experience with these things, as it does not contain a compressor or other necessities. It feels well-built. At times, the trigger action seemed a little sticky, but that was minor. Cleaning solution worked through it seemed to help.As to cleaning, it is really neither difficult nor easy. It is about what you expect from this sort of product. The value seems good. I found it very easy to use and was pleased with the results. The included needle was good for priming and base coating, but I think a finer needle would be necessary for detail work.

Very well made airbrush for the price and easy to use.
This is the first Paasche double action airbrush I bought. I have many other airbrushes by Badger, Master Airbrush, Harbor Freight, etc. This is the best airbrush I own. It's very well made, and the parts are easily disassembled for cleaning. I only clogged it a few times, but it was my fault for using thicker paint. It has out-performed every other airbrush I own, so if you are on the fence about this I would recommend it. Just make sure to get a Passche-compatible hose and connector. I have no idea why every airbrush company makes different sized connectors, but it's annoying.I've been using this airbrush for a couple of months now on a regular basis and I have had no issues. Well made and reliable. It should be the only gravity feed airbrush you need if you use it for model painting. I'm not sure about fine detail since I don't use it for that. I have used both acrylic and enamel paints in this airbrush and they all flow fine if thinned properly.

Really nice airbrush
I had a few hiccups with this when I first tried it. It was entirely my fault, had nothing to do with the product. The airbrush held it's own through this ordeal and after I figured out what I was doing wrong everything went great. This airbrush is top of the line in my eyes, I was able to do really nice fine lines as well as do large areas. It is easy to disassemble and clean. One thing that was a little messed up was the needle. It was very sharp, which is very nice, but the end was bent and I had the straighten it out which worried me a little. But all in all it has been a very good airbrush.

The airbrush is ok. It leaks air so my compressor kick on.
This is a good performer. Mass production hurts the QC. For the price. Solid workhorse.

Good Airbrush
Bought this as an upgrade to the paasche VL. Been airbrushing as a hobby for about 4 yrs. only recently got into it more seriously.it has a very smooth trigger action and the overall finish is very pro-level. it is noticeably heavier than the VL but is well balanced. i don't agree with those that say the cup is too big....it is just the right size to keep a good helping of paint without the cap airhole bleeding the paint all the time. for my technique the cup does not feel top/front heavy or block my view.i like the needle stop feature but i find myself using it less as i improve....usually only for critical detail where a slip of the finger will be disaterous!the front cap does not permit backflushing but i remedied this by neatly wrapping a narrow piece of frisket (tape) around it to block the gaps and now i can backflush as with other airbrushes. in general cleaning is alot easier with the gravity cup design in my opinion.i exclusively use urethane auto basecoats like sikkens, ICI autocolor, ppg etc. and the 0.38 tip works beautifully around 18-24psi. sometimes paints with heavy metallic will occasionally clog and cause skipping but i know these are not exactly intended for airbrushes (moreso spray guns with >1mm tip). the straight pigment (no metallic) paints work excellently. i intend to try createx wicked colors if i can get them into this country without paying a fortune.i like the availability of accessories and part for the paasche brushes and i expect this talon will last for a while. i will probably get an iwata hp-cs (or just another talon!) later on to make color changes easier.

Didn't work once.
I bought this around Christmas. I had a couple of cheap $30 airbrushes but they broke quickly with repeated use. I was looking for a mid-range airbrush and this one seemed to fit the bill. My first attempt with the brush, a Citadel Blue and the airbrush gummed up pretty fast. I cleaned it and put it away for a while blaming it on the thickness of the paint. I did however use Air Brush Flow aid with it. I got busy for a few months. I just came back to it and now it can't even spray an Acrylic Ink. It's spotty for a short while and then just stops. I didn't get one good spray out of this and I'm past the return date. It's a paperweight now. I would suggest stretching your dollar a little further...I have a feeling only the $300 range of brushes really stand up.

This is a very good product
I have this and a Paasche VL. This is the easiest to work with and the easiest to clean. With 3 different needle sizes, I can do any kind of spraying I need to.
