Fixed it myself.
Feel like a handyman replacing the cracked all by myself. Hardest part was taking off the old glass which was glued to the screen so used nice hack I saw online. My blow drier ! After that part the rest was much easier.

Search for some videos and you'll be fine
I was a little skeptical at first about repairing my screen myself but after searching for some videos on YouTube it wasn't that bad and this kit had all the tools I needed. There were a couple extras included that made it even better, like the charger and protector case. I'm impressed with quality and would recommend it if you decide to do the repair yourself.

Impossible to replace after 3hours of trying
This was simply not possible to replace, not to mention the qr code they put on the box that supposed to tell you the instructions isn't even for the right model of iPhone. The kit is actually just the front glass , doesn't contain the LCD, and in order to get the glass off, you will have to use a hair dryer to heat up the phone and use a really sharp metal to isolate the glass, it was simply impossible for me. I have actually successfully replaced iphone5 before so I am not a total beginner on this
