Pretty great nails
Iāve only been trying press on nails for a few months so Iām still learning ways to help them stay on longer, fit better, last, etc. These particular nails have been the best fit and most comfortable for me by far at this point.Press ons should be flexible enough to kind of wrap and bend enough for your natural nails, but not so much they break or bend when testing this. These nails have really surprised me with how firm and sturdy they are once applied. Iāve always used nail glue, this time the Kiss one with the pink label. I also always top my press ons with a Sally Hansen Miracle Gel top coat, the matte version this time. These nails have a really good matte finish but if you mess up with the glue and get some on top of the nail, the topcoat I mentioned will actually hide it completely. So nail glue and apply a top coat to help strengthen the nails, check. This set and the Fall Theme set colors are gorgeous. The color Iām wearing in the pics is very slightly translucent when held up to light, otherwise theyāre a very nice, solid color. Of course if youāre not into matte tones, just apply a shiny topcoat and the colors will pop more.I like the length a lot more than I thought I would. To me, these are a long length although there are much longer nails out there. Comfort-wise, these are as long as I want to get. Until now Iād pretty much stuck to square shapes but the tapered shape of these feels like they actually donāt get in the way as much. As youāll quickly realize, you have to adjust and do some things differently and more carefully to help the press ons last longer and stay looking nice but if you like them, itās not hard to do and get used to. Overall I love these and theyāre my favorite nails to date. I think they make my kind of short, squat fingers look elegant.Probably the biggest con Iāve read for many when it comes to press ons is that they can tend to pop off. The way I see it, these are very affordable and relatively easy to apply and maintain. Allow yourself to practice and just get used to the process. Do give your natural nails a basic manicure: trim short, you want them to be level or just below your fingertips so dirt has a harder time lodging underneath; apply a non-greasy lotion or cuticle oil to cuticles, massage in and use a cuticle pusher and trimming tool (one end looks like a little scoop, the other has a tiny blade) to push back and trim off excess cuticle; wash hands and wipe fingertips off with rubbing alcohol to get rid of any oils. If you want, apply a basecoat for use with press ons. Prepping your nails really helps with press ons staying on.Apply a drop or so of glue to the underside of the press on nail, close to edges that will meet your cuticle and the sides. Spread glue over the space that will touch your natural nail. Apply a drop to the natural nail and spread it with the tip of the glue bottle, getting it close to the tip and edges. Carefully turn over the press on and place it against, but not on, the cuticle, pressing down the middle toward the tip, and then gently on the sides, holding down firmly for 20-30 seconds. You can use some rubbing alcohol and a paper towel or cotton pad to dab at and remove excess glue that may have seeped. You get used to what amount of glue to use over time. Glued down well, there should be no gaps around edges or underneath between the natural nail and the press on.I did have one press on crack, my right pointer. Iām hard on my hands. I was dishes by hand daily, do laundry, clean, pick up heavy things, etc. While I try to keep my press ons neat, things still happen, just like with natural nails. I just soaked it in hot soapy water and the broken nail came right off. I removed as much glue as possible with a nail buffer and simply reapplied a new one. Nice that this set had more that worked for that nail.Overall I have really liked these nails and can see getting a lot of use out of one pack for quite some time. These have held up to best of all others Iāve used so far and look just as nice a week later as they did the first day (the first pic of my nails was day one, second is a week later). The only other con is that every nail has a jagged tip. Fortunately they filed just fine for me but just be aware because this does make them a little more work to prep. But again, overall Iām very happy with these, and I donāt mind the prep at all.

You get what you pay for..
These are good for a few days. They are flimsy and with overuse they will crack at the edges - I type a lot for work. They did last until I was ready to take them off since I used nail glue. I had to use nail glue on the cracks to stop the nails from snagging in my hair which made the nails shiny in those spots and defeats the matte finish. I first used the black set to test them for a week and after a few days I encountered the cracking. Then I put on the green set and this time I coated them with a gel top coat that was matte thinking it would strengthen them - it did do that, BUT they still cracked.Overall - they are a quick and inexpensive solution to getting your nails done on short notice. I would like to see these become more durable though.

Sturdy
This is only the first day wearing them. I use clear acrylic powder as a barrier on my real nail before I use any press on to keep my nails from getting fungus because my hands are in water alot. So far these are made well and feel sturdy.Shape is nice too. Didn't have to file much.

Awesome fit
I am still using the glue from my last āLadyingā nail kit which is super strong so I canāt comment on that. But these nails are the perfect thickness! Only On day 2 so we will see but I donāt have any bent, torn, or scuffed yet. I only wear them for 5-7 days not much longer bc I canāt stand when they start growing out. I file my nails super short so they donāt show on the back side of the glue ons. And I file at an angle on the sides to hide them. They are too long bc I type a lot at work and canāt figure it out. I cut the ends and file down and into the shape I want. They get really sharp so I take a buffing block and āeven them outā on the edges. I am not good at the glue yet and the one I am currently using is really runny. It gets everywhere š. The glue is shiny on the nail so I bought a matte top coat (just Sally brand) and paint a thin layer and this covers up the wild-got-away-from- me glue. I canāt find the shape I want in very many glue on nails so this coffin shape is so awesome and gives lots of nail to work with. The colors in this kit are amazing!Very satisfied!

Just "okay"
I was really excited about this kit, but after some usage there's so many little things that I've found to be annoying.1) the maroon color nails peel off almost immediately. But only that color. Odd.2) the "short" size are crazy long! If you cut them yourself you end up losing the square coffin shape.3) trying to reshape them (because the short ones showed up super long), scratches them like crazy. So forget about trying to file and reshape to get the coffin style you lose due to cutting them.4) the glue included is just ok. They are messy.5) the adhesive tabs add too much space between the nail and the press-on, there by leaving it prone to have gaps that'll snag the hair.I really like the colors though. But I wouldn't buy this kit again.
