Needles very sharp
I suggest if you buy these, pierce with the catheter needles because the straight ones don’t connect to the jewelry but other than that it goes through really easy! I pierced my noseYou leave the needle in your nose and connect the jewelry through the plastic after you cut it from your nose and pull it through - otherwise it’s hard to get the jewelry through if you take the needle out
