ZojirushiSM-ED30VP Vacuum Insulated Mug Travel, 10 oz, Pearl Lavender

As you can see, I have an assortment of Zojirushi insulated travel mugs and I've purchased over a dozen of them as gifts for my friends and family. They are excellent for hot and cold beverages and are leak free. I bought this particular mug because it has the plastic cover around the mouth for drinking comfort, which the small one has but not the larger one. In the picture above, the 10 and 12 oz looks like the same size but they are not. The 10 oz is smaller in circumference. The 12 oz and 16 oz mugs have the tea basket but not the plastic cover which makes it difficult to sip if the drink is really hot. Please note also, that the 10 oz and 7 oz mugs does not have the tea baskets. Its not a problem for me since I only use tea bags in those. I would definitely recommend!

The size is great. Fits in my purse and doesn't leak. I don't really understand why the cap has so many removable parts. I drink both hot and cold water and the temperature keeps really well. Ive left the iced water overnight and the next morning there is still ice.

The item looks nice, but I am giving it 1 star, because the product has too many parts to clean (8 items for the lid alone) before you get to the mouth of the 10 oz. mug. Imagine losing one of the many parts while cleaning it to keep the product sanitary! After reading the product instructions, the product is too complicated to clean, re-assemble and has limited functionality. It is not clear whether the interior lining is safe/BPA free. Be aware that you have to unscrew the top of the mug to drink from it, so you cannot use the product while on the go, especially while driving. For the price, it is one of the most expensive 10 oz. mugs I have bought and expected having a drink from a mug to be easier, not cumbersome. I am returning this item. It may work for some but not for me.

I like the size as I can put it in my purse. I have had this item before and am always impressed as to how it maintains heat for hot beverages

I love this size. Fits in my pocketbook very nicely. I use it for my coffee every morning!

It's my own fault for not reading the volume capacity carefully--this travel mug is SMALL. But! for someone like me who is very sensitive to caffeine, it ensures I don't drink too much coffee. A blessing in disguise, perhaps. If you need to bring a lot of coffee with you, I suggest a different purchase.You have to take the lid apart when you wash it and there's quite a few parts, but it's really easy once you get the hang of it. I really like how it doesn't drip when I open it.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Produc is toxic and has warnings about use. Why sell something like this??!!
