Love this printer. It does a great job.
The cartridges are very expensive. So much so, I almost passed on buying the Brother HL-3170DW that I use the cartridges for. Glad i didn't. The printer works great, is maintenance free and the cartridges last a long time.

Prompt Service and Great Print Quality
Emailed company for support on installing cartridge. Received reply within an hour with a phone number to call. Was able to resolve issue with help from a neighbor but appreciated the prompt customer service. I've printed several documents and cannot tell any difference in quality from Brother cartridges.

WIN!!! My printer was printing a light shade of color over every page and i almost took it in for repair.When my wife told me it was because i was using refurbished toners. I decided to throw them away and got these and prob;em saved. Immediately.Plus they actually last a lot longer than the refilled ones.

Like most brother products is does its job. The price for these is OUT OF LINE. Wondering if off brand would work as well at much less cost.
