I've been in many gyms with bumper plates steel plates iron plates n tri grip plates n if your on a budget n need dumbell but cant afford them then these are the next best thing coz you can you can use them on your bar or curl them or squat with them shoulder press side raise trust me these are great value for budgeting and they will last

Good plates, easy to load.
Iv always liked iron plates, and these are no exception. The grips are handy and well sized.The only negative is that there is a relatively sharp edge on the inside of the grips and sometimes with some exercises it’s a bit uncomfortable.

Better than the pictures.
Just received a pair of the plates and they look great.The pictures make them look abit cheap in my opinion but when you get them they look just as good as branded named versions.
