Figure 8 Fitness As Seen On TV Dynamic Core Cardio Training Workout DVD

I love it. The steps aren't difficult, just really fast. But I get stronger and have more stamina each time I do it. At 55, my main concern was the expansion of my waistline and Figure 8 fitness has put this in check!

Love FIGURE 8 FITNESS! It’s fun, I learned to feel good about myself(sexy) while I was working out and losing weight at the same time! Current programs I usually use are Beachbody DVDS, but this trainer is so much fun I’m practicing some of the moves while I’m at work, cooking in the kitchen, or just walking around in the store. And I can’t damce at all but it don’t matter you are moving and loving it! Try it you will love it!!

I was hesitant about buying because of the lack of reviews, but I'm glad I bought it! It came with all the DVDs, a magazine, calendar, and even a meal plan! Happy with this!

Love these videos. Fun and they work. But if you buy them off Facebook you can apparently get digital downloads along with the DVSs for the same price.

Love this! I am on the 5th week and it is awesome. I did Zumba before and they have you jumping all over the place...this does simple moves that she shows you in the first week and the first 3 weeks have 2 recovery days. She builds you up from there. It is not easy, but she is motivating and funny.

Received uber-promptly. Only on introductory, basic moves, but loving this already. I’m very fit, but these dance moves are new to me and working newer and deeper abdominal muscles, which I appreciate. Plus, learning some Latin dance moves is another bonus!!

Makes cardio fun, I dance but i'm not well rehersed in latin dances so it's a fun learning expirience too. Works great.

The energy in this workout is amazing! So many Dvd's you will never get bored! I love it!
