I genuinely love this mug!Pros:- My fear from purchasing fragile ceramic things from any online retailer is that they will come damaged. This mug shipped in its own box (no additional Amazon box was needed), which is better for the environment. The mug arrived in one piece and I felt the packaging was very snug/protective.- The size of the mug is perfect for breakfast oatmeal or a large drink like hot chocolate on a cold day (I'm writing this in the summer so I didn't try out the hot chocolate)- The mug itself....my goodness is it ever cute!! I love the simplistic duck design!- Feels like a high quality mug and not made from cheap ceramics; has some weight to itCons:- The handle of the mug is rather on the small side so you can't slide your whole hand into it to cup the mug- Although sturdy, the mug is heavy (especially for a child) so I would be concerned about dropping or breaking it, especially when it's full of food or a hot drink- The last bit of oatmeal is hard to eat without tipping the mug over to allow the spoon to fully scoop so just be mindful of thatAnother reviewer had mentioned seeing "black markings" on the mug, but I haven't found this to be the case for my mug. What causes these marks are from silverware (forks and spoons) leaving a trail of metal on the coating. These dark marks are not scratches and are not permanently part of the mug. If you gently scrub, these markings should come off.Overall, this is a great gift for anyone who is a lover of cute things and kitchenware. I would be so happy to receive this as a gift! :)

I love this cute little mug. It fits perfectly under my De'Longhi coffee machine. It does not stain easily and it is wonderful to look at.
