36" Griddle Review
I received this griddle and the box is 133 lbsI opened the box and nothing was damagedI found the first leg on top, but couldn't find the other leg ... until I lifted the very heavy griddle out of the way on the bottom and the second leg was underneath it -- undamaged. The structure builds just like a regular grill, but instead of grates and a lid, you have a very heavy top griddle. You could easily move this somewhere if you can store the griddle top somewhere safe. You could bring this camping if you wanted ... but make sure that heavy griddle top doesn't fly out of your vehicle. The griddle has 4 little studs that you screw into the bottom and adjust the length by a nut.You do not screw the griddle into the structure, it simply sits on it.So if this falls over, that griddle top will land on someone's shin and hurt, a lot (no this didn't happen to be me -- but I can see it now. hah)This only has 1 propane hookup, but there are separate adapters you can buy to hookup 2 or 3 bottles at the same time that have 1 way valves if you're having a very large cookout. All 4 wheels have locks. 15mm 'thin' wrench is *not* supplied.Screws are phillips and easily go in with a drill / impact. I had 6 A and 1 B screws left over. The sides are not stationary, they move up/down for storage. You can easily take off the sides with 2 screws each (you don't need to remove all 4, only the top 2)It would've been cooler if both sides had burners like some grills do, but you can always get those for extra. All in all, very nice griddle for the price.Want a 6' griddle? You could buy 2 of these and secure them together via the legs if you like.

This thing rocks
I was tired of my crummy Charbroil propane grill, so on a lark I ordered this. I'll never go back. There's simply no reason to own a gas grill when these exist. It heats more evenly, has a MUCH larger usable surface area and can accommodate foods (like bacon, eggs pancakes and vegetables) that a grill simply can't. I'd also argue that it can get hotter than all but the most expensive gas grills. For true high-heat applications, like searing steaks, just get a little portable charcoal kettle. The only minor knock is that it can be heavy to move and assemble. I was fine on my own, but for some it may be a two-person job.

Damage
Box was severely damaged which made it hard to wrap for Christmas, but from looking at previous reviews I was expecting that. One part was a little bent but we were able to bend it back and it works fine. Overall happy with my purchase

Just buy a different brand!
I thought this would be an awesome grill but the item arrived in a damaged box, then after set up, the “low” setting is scorching hot, as if it was on high. Also, the side tables get EXTREMELY hot, anything that was put on them would get really heated or melt immediately. It’s just not safe for items to be near or even children. It’s been a hassle trying to return it for a refund so I can purchase a different one.Update: I returned it, they sent pilot to come pick it up, almost a week ago but they still haven’t updated it to it’s saying that it’s been returned or my refund is being processed so I reached out to customer service and they just said we will forward this to our team and they will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours and didn’t give me any details of anything else . Also, the person they sent to pick it up looked at my name on the paper and found me on social media and sent me a friend request. I don’t even know the person & that’s VERY creepy!!Update: It’s been almost 3 weeks since I returned it, & I STILL haven’t received my refund!I also purchased a Blackstone since then, a lot safer & much better than this brand, it doesn’t melt things that are on the side table and the side table doesn’t get heated, low setting cooks amazing and doesn’t get scorching hot like on the Royal Gourmet.

Large cooking area and easy to clean.
First time I purchased a griddle and I should have ages ago...No more meat falling in between spokes of grill.Cooking surface gets nice and hot quickly and the amount of food you can fit in the griddle space is amazing.Cleanup is easy as well.NOTES -Setup is best with 2 people as the griddle plate is not light.Definitely wait until cool before putting a cover on if you don't have a metal cover plate.( Unfortunately this unit did not come with one. )

Great product but…
1. Arrived heavily damaged. Front panel was crushed in.2. Gas would only light three of the burners. Found on a separate griddle manufacturer to disconnect gas and open all vents. Leave open for a minute. Reconnect and light. That worked, appropriate pressure. Regulator needed reset.3. After disappointment and fear of having to waste time and send back, cooked 3 meals and it was fabulous! So, idea of having a real griddle, not black stone, is perfect. Not buying local and having help, almost a train wreck.

Great Value
I initially was looking to purchase another brand with higher name recognition. At the end of the day this product is as good if not better than other flat tops. Easy to clean. And looked amazing when I took the cover off for first use. A quick dust off and ready to go. Never disappoints. Many guests have asked the brand in interest of purchasing one. Great product!!
