I really like the design. The size is generous, which is good for our family as we make big batches of salad dressings. Time will tell on the durability of the plastic grid inside, hopefully it will hold up, and will not holdthe scent of the particular dressing. the glass seems strong, and the size of the bottle is good for my hand size, unlike the previous quart or pint Mason jars I usually use - and which slip out of hand! I will likely designate only one flavor to each mixer shaker. The lid is nice and snug so when I shake, no dressing leaks out. I plan to buy another, so we can have more than one dressing at hand.

Okay, the cap is indeed crap. I saw that in many reviews. I ordered it anyway and we were extra careful to wash it by hand. It has disintegrated in less than a month - small pieces have just broken off. The rest of the product is 5 stars and the design is wonderful. Not sure how to rate it 3-1/2, but will give it 4 stars and just cover the top with saran wrap. This is a reasonable container for storing homemade salad dressing in the refrigerator. It is nicely designed in that the bottle pours well, the lid has a tight seal and liquid does not dribble down the side when tipped. I chose this shaker because it was made of glass and stainless steel (less concern about leaching of harmful chemicals); however, the bottle has a cheap plastic mixing component that hangs down from the lid into the glass base - and therefore this component is always immersed in the contents of the container. This detail is not visible in the photograph and is not mentioned in the product description. I will use this shaker until I find a better container.

Tall and classy, yet seems sturdy and overall a good product for the price. Getting away from all the plastic so this fits the bill nicely. Hoping it will earn a 5 star update due to its durability and cinch another praiseworthy review.

This has been great so far! I only took a point off because it's so tall I have to put it on a shelf that's pretty high, but it functions very well. I haven't had it leak yet and I shake it pretty hard. I was using a canning jar before and this is so much better. It pours really well and is fairly easy to clean. I would buy it again.

I love making my own salad dressing and currently own two of these and have purchased two more for gifts. Within a month of purchasing my first ones, both lids were cracked/broken. I'm still using them, but it's not as convenient. It is really a shame that they can't fix the durability of the lid. I love making a batch of my homemade salad dressing and giving these away as gifts. I probably won't purchase this brand again unless they do something to fix the lid issue. :(

So far so good! We make a lot of our own dressings to ensure healthy ingredients (my favorite is olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon and honey)...I had been using rinsed out pint icecream containers because I hadn't taken the time to find something and when I finally did a search, this bottle checked all of the boxes. Love the large size of this bottle and that it is glass. Pours well and seals well and the plastic mixer inside really helps with shaking (something even store-bought dressing can't compete with). Time will be the test of whether this product holds up but if it does, this will be a great investment.

I make my own oil and vinegar salad dressing in this container, great for storage and serving too as unlike many it doesn’t have a pourer with little plastic seal which I used to find came off inside the bottle when trying to remove it for cleaning. This one pours well and is large enough to make enough for a few days use.
